A great first job because you learn the responsibilities of a job and you work with a lot of people who are fun, energetic and happy to help coworkers and customers.

Cons

Not a lot of flexibility with schedules since it is a retail establishment. Often hard work with long days and not a lot of positive feedback from managers or coworkers because everyone is so busy.

Be more flexible with schedules. Train all employees on all aspects of the job so people do not become stuck doing the same routine every day.
