I worked at Pegasystems full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Work at home sometimes, Travel paid by company, Company paid training.

Cons

Insists on all kinds of certifications. Inflexible managment, Technical skills/opportunities outside of company are very limited.

Advice to Management

Take feed back and more importantly ACT on it.

    I have been working at Pegasystems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great technology, great clients, some smart people, agile methodology, financially sound and good business model.

    Cons

    Inner circle is impenetrable, average tenure is still below 2 years, no women in senior management, low emotional intelligence (EQ) in general.

    Advice to Management

    Train people in management roles, raise the quality of life issues and people will stay longer.
