I worked at Peninsula Regional Medical Center full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

For the most part, co-worker take a team approach.

    Cons

Office culture is not good. Morale is not good. Pay per hour reduced, benefits reduced, anything that is easy to eliminate without impacting the benefits of executive staff has been reduced. Long time employees are somehow manipulated until they are fired instead of allowed to retire.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put yourself in the shoes of those who are on the front line. The community hears of the abuse of the staff and will eventually look elsewhere for services due to the disrespect of said employees and the poor morale as a result.
