The management is supportive of personal life, but not willing to compensate for hard work.

ProsThe management is easy to work with when needing time off, and the full-time vacation goes up to four weeks. That is about it. You do have some academic freedom.

ConsThere are virtually no raises, and the pay is low by all industry standards.
The rules constantly change, and no one knows from week to week what is coming.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf the company were more willing to financially compensate employees the job would be better. I would recommend at least a cost of living increase. They are not willing to help with continuing education for faculty. The main concern at Penn Commercial is the bottom line-not the students, staff, or faculty.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

I have been working at Penn Commercial

Pros: Working w/ the students was nice. Cons: They are not truthful about salary or benefits. The employees… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
