    Pros

    The staff is young and all intelligent. Analysts get immediate projects and responsibilities which allow them work experience. PSB is a smaller company so you get to know your co-workers and the senior staff members. Good chance to create client relationships.

    Cons

    Because the offices are smaller they tend to have limited career opportunities. While some analysts are great, the general feel can become a bit competitive and people tend to move on after a year or two.
