    3. No real opportunities for career growth
    4. Internal training is lacking

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More initiative in internal employees. Invest in your internal team, which will allow them to grow and assist in meeting organizational objectives.

I have been working at Penske

    Pros

It's a good company to work for. Most of the time you will need to be mobile for promotions. The benefits are good compared to other transportation companies.

    Cons

Most of the time you will need to be mobile for promotions. The company is constantly changing computer systems. Upper management doesn't seem to care how many hours it takes to get the job done, as long as they get the results they want.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make a decision on how you want to get the metrics you need to run the company then go for it.
