I have been working at Penske full-time (less than an year)

Pros

Fair and equatable treatment and pay, with things seeming to be exactly as they were promised to be.

Cons

The initial "break in" and training was more akin to being thrown into the deep end of a pool in order to learn how to swim

I worked at Penske full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Very good people. Health care and cash balance plan.

    Cons

Very poor growth opportunity. Appraisals are always biased , ambiguous and fixed by senior leadership. Bonuses are joke (1-2% max).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire all the senior old farts and hire fresh young leadership. None of the leader is worth retaining.
