Pros – The benefits package is very competitve. My particular manager gave me great latitude in order to achieve my goals. By and large, most personnel were friendly and helpful.

Cons – HR and Benefits administration are horrendous. Due to the longevity of some employees, there is no sense of urgency within the organization. Integration of the Pentair group and GE group has created a dysfunctional mess! Upper management carries the arrogance of GE without the competence of GE. I cannot recommend Pentair.

Advice to Senior Management – The continual "re-sizing" of the sales divisions is not only confusing for employees but has created great uncertainty with the clients.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
