Pros

great job environment; no personal goals in retail, only as a branch; good starting pay

Cons

harder to move up and if you are in the state other then CT there are really no job variety.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Appreciate retail employees more and take some time with reviews and honor them

    Pros

    Steady paycheck and decent benefits. 401k, Medical, etc...

    Cons

    There is no oversight in regards to how managers treat employees and or the working environment in the branches. If the company spent a little more time looking at these critical factors then they wouldn't have to worry about training employees to a script to ensure good customer experience. A good customer experience comes from employees that are in a positive working environment. In this environment most are genuinely happy to serve their customers and safeguard their interests.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Crack down on your Human Resources policies and really examine the branch environments and the impacts on employees. Just because an employee was in place before conversion doesn't mean you can't replace them.
