I worked at People's United Bank part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The company provides unlimited opportunities for training, which translates into promotions. They also reimburse a portion of your tuition if you decide to further your education in the business field. Quartlerly bonuses are give to each branch if all sales goals are met and productive branches are often given to opportunity to attend awards ceremonies for sales.

    Cons

In regard to compensation, I think that the company expects the employees to rely heavily of bonuses as pay increases are minimal at review time.
