    Pros

Great co-workers (non-management) Nice benefits package Health insurance is very good Paid time off right from start Transition from Ocean Bank to People's United created more positive responses

    Cons

Competent management severely lacking Little to no room for advancement or growth Management clearly picks "favorites" No recognition on job well done Puts a lot of responsibility on the competent/hard workers while everyone else stands back and watches

    Advice to Management

Don't promote your "buddies" Be competent Appreciate when someone is honest and upfront with you Replace current management

It's an Okay place to work. Not the best, but not the worst. Bad pay though.

    Pros

Not a hard job at all. Some of the people you work with a very nice, but it depends where you are placed. Opportunities to advance to higher positions. If you like talking and helping people and do not care about the pay this is the job for you!

    Cons

Very stressful, they expect too much of you. Expect you to get sales very day! if you do not you are looked down on even if you are very knowledgeable with products, operation, and procedures etc... They do not care how much you know, all they care about is sales, sales, sales. The pay is horrible! There is a good opportunity to grow, but with not that much of a pay increase. You can only grow so much. Training is limited. They hire people into management that don’t deserve to be their, but the employees that should be in management get the run around. Most managers do not know nearly as much as their employees. (Talking about branch managers) They are not fair. HR will not help you when you need help.

    Advice to Management

Please take a look at your company and the managers that run it. If you take a look at certain individuals you will see that most of service associates should be managers and most managers should not be managers. Treat everyone fair. Give highier raises and increase pay beacuse we are working for nothing.
