Current Employee – been working at People to People Ambassador Programs

Pros – Nice building, the students are inspiring if you get to work with them. Spokane is a nice place to live. Some good people work there - but they all seem to flee.

Cons – Nasty, mean spirited senior management environment prevents much company or employee success. Kiss your career 'goodbye' - no support from senior management or the executives - promotion from within for mid-managers on up is almost nonexistant - you will be assigned impossible work with no resources, given no direction and no support. In general there is no real exec leadership taking place during some very difficult times for the employees.

Advice to Senior Management – Replace the CEO and President, replace several of the senior management. Company needs leadership that can actually develop and lead a strategy, retain good people and lead growth in the core business. Current leadership acts like deer in the headlights - no idea what to do to fix the mess they find themselves in - panicky, flavor of the week initiatives.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
