The company has changed... for the better!

Development Team (Current Employee) Raleigh, NC

Pros- Great Co-Workers (Smart, Friendly, Approachable)
- Interesting Challenges
- Growing Organization
- Strong Collaborative / Team Environment
- Reasonable Work/Life Balance
- Good Employee Recognition program

Cons- Pay could be better aligned with the market

Advice to Senior Management- Use all your own products internally and across all divisions.
