I have been working at Pepperdine University full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Small classes with top notches students. Very supportive staff and administration. Nice campuses, especially in Malibu, which is beautiful. Self-directed course development and an entrepreneurial spirit for an university. Awesome benefits and colleagues. Plenty of opportunity for ongoing self development.

Cons

Be prepared to drive extensively to classes at different campuses. Not a lot of extra professor support, so be willing to do stuff yourself.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to connect faculty across disciplines more so students have a more comprehensive view of business throughout the program.

I have been working at Pepperdine University full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Good benefits, overall good people to work with, locations is nice, all the exciting things that come with a college like the athletics or other events. Also, the ability to do projects that work with all aspects of the community.

    Cons

Management seems to be narrow and not like conflict. Also, they look out for their friends more then the employees.
