ProsThe location and majority of people are great.

ConsA construction process barely exists. Lack of management or opportunity to advance.

Advice to Senior ManagementSeek assistance from HR to improve man management. Don't have project managers reporting to less experienced project managers.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
