I have been working at Pepperidge Farm full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Work-life balance, flexible schedules, benefits, GREAT products, company reputation, community service involvement

    Cons

Salary, mid-level management (or lack thereof), professional development (I am certain this depends on the business unit/employee/manager), organization is too lean, crowded office environment, very strong hierarchical structure, too much weight in tenure.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get to know and/or establish some kind of contact and relatioship with ALL employees rolling up to you - the trust and confidence in one another is ESSENTIAL. Less weight in tenure/hierarchy.
