“Good Company, Poor Management”
Former Employee – worked at Pepperl+Fuchs
Pros – Good product line, strong sales channel, good supporting personnel
Cons – Secretive management. Little to no communication. Use of intimidation instead of motivation for day to day employee management.
Advice to Senior Management – Share information. Create trust in the workplace. Become more strategic in thinking.
