Good place to look for experiences, hands on training, but payment packages are not competitive (relatively lower)

Process Engineer (Current Employee)
Singapore (Singapore)

Pros1. Push us to become hands-on, get real experiences.
2. Less politics.
3. In general, the employees are nice.
4. For myself, I have flexibility in the term of expressing and trying out something new.

Cons1. Payment is not competitive. (if you don't think about payment, maybe P+F is one of the best place to work with)
2. HR benefits are not so good, eg: annual leave is less.
3. Less systematic approaches used for problem solving, but it becomes the opportunities to improve something.

Advice to Senior Management1. Make payment more competitive
2. Flexible working hours (really flexible)
3. Don't make leadership is only depend on one person, delegation is important.
