Cons

This company cares more about diversity than it does about performance when it comes to promotion. If you a white middle aged male don't look to get promoted. I'm not a racist by any means but a company should look at your performance not just your race or gender when promoting people. One more thing to look at, if your just graduating you'll move up really fast and bypass everyone that’s been there for many years.

Advice to Senior Management

Open your eyes. You have plenty of well qualified and dedicated employee's to choose from when it comes to advancement. Just look at all the college grads that you paid a signing bonus to that left after there year was up. You’re looking past people that have been there for 10, 15 or 20 years for inexperienced people just because it fits with your diversity program. There are quite a few people there that have a good case for a reverse discrimination suit against you. If only PA had a employee's right to work law like so many other states.
