    Pros

Big company with opportunities if you work hard, are educated and are willing to put in long hours to show your commitment.

    Cons

Since Pepsi has bought the operation, things have gone down hill.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in your employees, challenge your emplloyees and remember to reward performance. Be sure that your employees are being paid fairly or they'll surely leave to work for someone who will.

    Pros

Great health benefits. Coverage for a family is comprehensive and affordable. Career advancement is only possible with the right support.

    Cons

Work/life balance gets compromised because of very early morning start times and long days. Be prepared to arrive before 7 AM and not leave before 6 PM.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make time to work with new team members on critical projects to ensure that objectives are properly accomplished.
