The benefits they offer at Pepsi are very good. They have a pretty good 401k plan

Cons

Upper management expects you to work at least 60 hours per week. There is no support from management, and no positive feedback. Everything is about what you do wrong. Sales Reps. have to use their own vehicle. So even though you get .50 a mile, you put a lot of miles on you car. I would say you put between 25000 and 30000 miles a year.

Advice to Senior Management

The senior management at the Sacramento branch doesn't know what is going on. Moral at this plant is one of the worst in the nation.
