Cons – Annual raises are a joke. I recievied a promotion and was asked to take a pay cut. Constantly understaffed. Similiar jobs in the area are higher paying

Advice to Senior Management – Keep staffing levels higher and spend a couple extra dollars to compete for the best employees. Your competitors offer more money that you do
