Current Employee – been working at Pepsi Bottling

Pros – Balance of family/worklife is excellent

Cons – too much forced distribution. every time a new product comes out we unload as many cases as possible on our poor customers. some locations are ran like frat houses, all about who you know to get a promotion, not about performance. always thinking short term goals instead of long term gains.

Advice to Senior Management – listen to the sells force. we are the ones out in the trade and know what our customers want.
