Pepsi Bottling – “Great place to start your career”
Pros
Learn a lot in a short amount of time. Get a solid company on your resume, earn your experience and move on to another company for the money. Great place to "pay your dues".
Cons
Long hours & less than adequate pay.
Advice to Senior Management
Continue to focus on your employees & their well being.
