Details
PepsiAmericas – “Not that bad, but it ain't great either”
Pros
There is definitely a diverse group of employees, which I feel is a good thing. Also, the benefits package is one of the best that I have actually seen.
Cons
Management has a tendency to micromanage, and seems to not care about any input that the lower level employees may have to share.
Advice to Senior Management
