I have been working at PepsiCo

Pros

The environment is very relaxed and the company has a great work/life balance. The managers are very involved and look out for their employees.

Cons

The organization is always changing and management gets switched very quickly at times. It makes it a little hard to get evaluated by one person and prove yourself.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to keep changing manager's down to a minimum because it is hard for employees to form a relationship with them.

I have been working at PepsiCo

    Pros

Respected company providing otstanding prducts with a sincere focus on front line performance with ethics.

    Cons

As with any company, change and change management is communicated at differing rates. The effectiveness of transition is somtimes reduced by individual understanding.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The front line management team needs more information to combat product integrity and more insight into the longer term direction regarding offerings and pricing. Knowledge and training will provide the motivation for success.

I have been working at PepsiCo

    Pros

    -Great Benefits.
    -Great people to work with.

    Cons

-Seems like a 7-day, 24hour job. ZERO work life balance.
-Your phone can ring at 3am or even on your days off with an employee calling off.
-If your location isn't "properly staffed", then you'll have to run a route. (That undergrad or Master's will really seem important while driving a Frito truck and delivering chips.)
-Expected to complete lots of admin work while trying to exceed sales each week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

This entire position needs to be re-evaluated!
