Pros

People are excellent and competent. Culture of inclusion, taking ownership and pride in what we do.

Cons

Work life balance is a challenge. High performance culture where it makes it difficult to keep normal hours. Hourly folks are treated well, have some opportunities with salaried folks.

Learn on the job, career growth, great workplace. Also they show you the tools and resources needed to succeed on the job. Yearly performance reviews are very detailed and understandable.

    Cons

Since teams are very large, you must set yourself apart to standout from the rest. Since decisions are not entriely up to you, you must jusify your ideas, and be confident in your work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To alocate resources to the brands that needs to be recoginzed. Instead of created new brands, work on existing brands therefore all products can simultaneously perform well.

I have been working at PepsiCo

    Pros

People focused, organized, opportunity to grow, leadership empowerment, diversified in all aspects.

    Cons

Needs to expands its benefits a little bit more and not cut on them to save money which they already make. Their profits can not come from cutting on people's retirement benefits or salaries. Salaries are good but I think they feel is too much for the job a front manager performs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They need to understand their front line managers a little bit more. They want to hold them acccountable for their job but they just dump an overwhelming ammount of responsabilities. They talk work/life/balance but they give too much at them to be able to accomplish such a balance. Also they have to understand that they are part of the people part as well.
