I have been working at PepsiCo part-time for more than a year

    Pros

good money, anything over 8 hours is time and a half.

    Cons

you don't know your schedule until 16 hours before you shift starts. you are scheduled to work 8 hours and they will force you to work 12, and you don't find out until your 8 hours is finished. it is so unpredictable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

find a new scheduling system. and treat your employees better

I have been working at PepsiCo full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

very few, steady work but outweighed by cons

    Cons

favoritism to the people that are actually screwing them/ they have no clue

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

instead of "who does he think he is " attitude and then writing up the people for not being a sheep in the flock to " you know thats a good idea", that could save us money

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Approves of CEO
