Current Employee – been working at PepsiCo full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Employee group is diverse and deep in talent so you can learn a lot. Good management culture and HR processes that assists career development.
Cons – you could get paid more elsewhere on a take home basis.
Advice to Senior Management – You do a great job with communications, transparency and processes to evaluate performance.
