    Pros

It's a good paying job for not requiring a degree. It's great job security. You won't get laid off. You will only get let go for repeated poor performance. It's a good job for someone with tremendous work ethic.

    Cons

Hours are horrible. You're up well before the birds. Holidays are awful. It's very physically demanding. They will drain you for every last drop they can get out of you. Days can be very long 12-14 hours can be normal. Sometimes more.

    Pros

Pay is hard to beat, Good friendly-co-workers, fair benefits

    Cons

No career path, almost unattainable bonuses, Not enought vacation (2weeks after first year, 3 weeks after 5 yrs, and 4 weeks after 15 yrs), given sick days but management frowns upon their use

    Advice to Management

Allow for more time off from work.
