“Keep giving new target pays lower and lower”
Current Employee – been working at PepsiCo part-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Medical and fulltime benefits ok
Cons – Cold financial treatment legal but heartless
Advice to Senior Management – Be honest and identify as a person not a profit. Profits are great but not when they come out of your employees pockets
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
