    Pros

The interaction with RSR's Sales reps pay above average for area Some flexibility with your schedule (non holiday)

    Cons

Zero work life balance- you'll be told to leave work at work but you'll still be held accountable for issues occurring after work hours. Too many people moved into leadership positions without qualifications as long as they have a degree or know the right people-nepotism is rampant. Pay for Sales Leader is laughable for responsibility compared to sales reps, some of whom make $25,000/year more than their supervisor.

    Advice to Management

Enough with the meetings and round tables; make the changes necessary to keep the right people in place. Isn't Frito Lay a "sales" organization?? Take the feedback regarding nepotism seriously if you want to see productivity level rise.
