I have been working at PepsiCo full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Good Pay. Commission plus base plus silly OT that doesn't pay much. This is not an hourly job. You are rewarded for the work you do. You are out on your own

Cons

Long Hours / Physically Demanding. Start VERY EARLY in the morning. Not much positive feedback for a job well done. No help... did I say no help? The next step up often pays less for more hours worked.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop creating routes that run an average of 50 hrs a week.

I worked at PepsiCo full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

If you can prove your competent you may get promoted to warehouser 2, but there's really no room for growth within the warehouse. If you stay long enough you will get easier duties like splitting the work for the team and hostling trucks.

    Cons

If a team member doesnt show it really hurts the team because the workload is heavier which means longer shifts but you are compensated well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They really arent needed, only to tell you how fast or slow you're moving.
