Current Employee – been working at PepsiCo full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Great leaders, freedom to set your own path, results-driven, genuine commitment to doing business ethically and responsibly, good focus on diversity, great flexible working practices, super place for working Mums (and Dads), international opportunities for high flyers, and a fun, collaborative work environment.

Cons – IT infrastructure is terrible - making improvements, but lack of innovation and connectivity on core infrastructure is frustrating. Formal learning opportunities not well publicised, but there if you go after them.

Advice to Senior Management – Communicate more and be more visible... and in some cases, more authentic.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
