Pros

PepsiCo China values people and truly cherish talents. There are constant changes within the organization so it presents a lot of opportunities to grow if you have high ambition and energy. Its culture is diversified and inclusive with dynamics, just like its brands.

Cons

PepsiCo China has started the strategic alliance with Tingyi, which casts some shadow on the culture that PepsiCo had before. It is a question if the company can keep its vibe and spirit in the future.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

no more pros I can see until this is addressed and changed.

    Cons

I am so disappointed to find out this Quaker Oats Company is a supporter and consumer of Monsanto GMO products. the health of my love ones are too important to me to consider continuing support of such a company that thinks so little of our health.

    Pros

You learn alot through fighting to facilitate your goals through trying to get involved in everybody else's job.

    Cons

There are no operational systems and operating procedures and standards that help you do your job the standard way. Everything is subjective.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should systemize and follow up on people planning, not only senior management planning. Everyone in the company should have a plan that is transparently communicated to them.
