    Pros

Based on my experiences, good salary can be achieved, along with Good Benefits and some
    great people to work with.

    Cons

Quite a bit of "restructuring" has been going on recently. Also sending more development work outside of the onsite and employee staff.

    Advice to Management

Trust and believe in your employees, they are also customers.

  2. Mismanaged by Plant Leadership, very low performance raises and keep cutting benefits

    Pros

Good starting salary, bonus. Hourly employees are super!

    Cons

Work required on weekends, holidays. Leadership does not support front-line managers or understand the realities of their jobs. Too many managers told "you're next" for promotion to the same jobs.

    Advice to Management

Be real with your teams; support their efforts and try to make it out to the production floor once or twice a year.
