I worked at PepsiCo full-time (more than 8 years)

Pros

Good peers to work with. Was close to home.

Cons

After started shipping support overseas and using contractors became revolving door. Permanent employees constantly asked to do more but same compensation.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Good old boy system. Who you knew not your performance. Stated work life balance but no follow thru by lower level mgt. Too many chiefs

I have been working at PepsiCo full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Great people, nice, ability to move from job to job or up. opportunities are there if you work hard, and are outgoing.

    Cons

Work schedule is terrible, if you like working long hours on the weekends and grave yard/ Very early morning shifts then you may like it. The work is physically demanding.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Rotate the routs so one person is not stuck on the weekend always.
