I have been working at PepsiCo part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good pay for part time work for a college student. Work alone, self reliant

    Cons

Monotonous work, not very challenging. Physically demanding, must be very attentive to body position otherwise back injuries can be easily sustained.

I worked at PepsiCo full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The money and benefits are amazing and if you could actually stay with the company for 30 years than you will be set up for retirement no problem.

    Cons

Way to many hours (I averaged about 70/week)
Management is useless (They provide no help and constantly dig holes for you)
No room for advancement (They hire management from college grads, usually with no experience)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop hiring cute 22 year old girls with no previous experience to head up districts. The only reason they succeed is because the workers bust their back sides to keep their jobs.
