I have been working at PepsiCo full-time (more than 8 years)

Pros

Average pay, around 45k annual in a rural area.
Calling in sick is frowned on but possible. It is a serious business place to work and not for one whom might want to play hooky or skip on responsibilities.
For retail work it pays far above average.
Great medical vision dental, tuition and retirement benefits.

Cons

Hard to get route covered when sick or to take a sudden day off.
Stores can be demanding and challenging. It takes patience and perseverance.
Work can be physically demanding a
At times long hours are needed to be out in.
You do not have a set time to get off, and on the same token, you do not have a set time to start the day.
The rule of the trade is to own your business take care of issues that day and grow your business while maintaining healthy business relationships with accounts.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better pay raises or compensate people that have been working longer. It is odd that a employee that has been working hard for ten years makes the same as someone who puts the Pepsi uniform on the first day.

I worked at PepsiCo part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The type of people to work we're a pleasure to work with. Everyone was professional but also fun to work with. They had a lot of interns so the age gap wasn't too bad.

    Cons

Working in your cubicle all day with little person interaction wasn't great but I was mostly programming so that might be just how it is.
