    Pros

Nice office with very nice co-workers.

    Cons

Terrible discrimination against women, especially assistants, and the worst is the HR. They treat you like if you were in a third world country.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Review your HR department before somebody sue your for discrimination.

I have been working at PepsiCo full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Company offers good medical, dental and pension plans. Average salary. Paid vacations, sick time and holidays. Great management team. Advancement is possible if you are willing to relocate.

    Cons

Pay is low when compared to others RSR's with other companies. Not enough new hires (RSA's), if you call in sick your route may sit or if you need help you probably won't get it. Depending on the type of route, expect to work 12-14 hours a day. Advancement is possible if you're willing to relocate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more RSA's. Sometimes we could use a little help.
Stop the CLO's(force outs). We are sales reps. We know what the customers need and when they need it.
