Pros

Great people and teamwork. Competitive salary and benefits. Focus on work life balance. Stock price and company outlook. Employee rewards and recognition.

Cons

Risk of being outsourced. Aggressive cost cutting. Disconnected senior management. Poor communication from senior leadership.

Advice to Management

Invest more in your IT infrastructure as opposed to trying to cut costs.

    Pros

    Strong Fortune 500 Company
    Fast learning environment
Many segments of business - retail, C&G, club, foodservice, etc.
    Great leaders
    Diversity
    Non Profit opportunities

    Cons

    Company's limitations on P&L
    Leadership that is sometimes conflicting
    Processes change constantly
Unable to keep up with completion in some areas
Difficulty to get a decision at times

    Advice to Management

    Improve processes
Getting rid of veteran employees hurt moral, created customer instability and put more pressure on existing employees that were already over worked

    Pros

Decent pay for someone without college degree

    Cons

Work life balance is a joke. Constant pressure to increase sales, regardless of local economic trends

    Advice to Management

Promote based on experience, knowledge, or prior results. Current "check the box" promotions are demoralizing and demeaning.
