    Pros

Great pay, great benefits, great staff and plenty of opportunity for continued growth. They take you out to get a feeling for what the job is about. It is a fair and honest view of what to expect. I give this company the highest rating.

    Cons

Prepare to work you butt off especially in the beginning. However it is worth it. Trainers are tough but fair. You will go home tired and physically drained unless you are in good shape.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reduce the amount of training material as some may not apply.

I worked at PepsiCo full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

My co-workers were a great group of people. Salt of the earth, smart, focused, driven. Brands are second-to-none. Product experiences everyone can be proud of. The HQ campus is beautiful. Lots of amenities, solid benefits package with great pay. The DFW area has a low cost of living and lots of attractions.

    Cons

There is a lot of project churn. Matrixed org structure means essentially parallel leaders who are often not aligned with one another and seemingly not even working against similar visions. Results in lots of project rework, emergencies and employee burnout.

    No opinion of CEO
