    Pros

Great pay, great benefits, great staff and plenty of opportunity for continued growth. They take you out to get a feeling for what the job is about. It is a fair and honest view of what to expect. I give this company the highest rating.

    Cons

Prepare to work you butt off especially in the beginning. However it is worth it. Trainers are tough but fair. You will go home tired and physically drained unless you are in good shape.

    Advice to Management

Reduce the amount of training material as some may not apply.

    Pros

PepsiCo attracts talented, hard-working, personable individuals, and this is immediately noticed upon entering the workplace! PepsiCo invests in their employees through the relationships that they build with one another and with management. Training within the company is well-rounded, with experiences throughout various divisions before diving into your specific position.

    Cons

As with any 24/7 manufacturing facility, be aware that you must have a flexible mindset towards your working hours. Each facility varies in cleanliness and up-keep, however most of the bottling facilities are very well run!

    Advice to Management

Upper-level management seems very passionate and devoted to the company. It is beneficial for employees to see this type of drive in their employers.
