    Pros

Great pay, great benefits, great staff and plenty of opportunity for continued growth. They take you out to get a feeling for what the job is about. It is a fair and honest view of what to expect. I give this company the highest rating.

    Cons

Prepare to work you butt off especially in the beginning. However it is worth it. Trainers are tough but fair. You will go home tired and physically drained unless you are in good shape.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reduce the amount of training material as some may not apply.

    Pros

Paycheck is the only reason I am here.

    Cons

Incredibly political, too leniant of lazy employees, male dominated management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start cleaning house from the top. My manager is a senior manager that comes late and leaves early. NO ONE knows what he does. You must clean house.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
