I worked at PepsiCo full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

allowed plenty over time to work form 3 different shifts.

Cons

they have a point system for absentees and tardiness. there a 12 hours shift for every one.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

They do there best to make sure you learn your new role.

    I worked at PepsiCo full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    A challenging job, interesting location, discounted Pepsi products, not an office job - you can to move around the largest cereal mill in the world.

    Cons

    Extremely poor pay, dangerous environment, poor management. As a security officer, you will have no authority over the employees at all. The company doesn't follow its own rules, which includes the ones that help keep people safe. It can be extremely stressful.
