I worked at PepsiCo full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

A challenging job, interesting location, discounted Pepsi products, not an office job - you can to move around the largest cereal mill in the world.

    Cons

Extremely poor pay, dangerous environment, poor management. As a security officer, you will have no authority over the employees at all. The company doesn't follow its own rules, which includes the ones that help keep people safe. It can be extremely stressful.

    I worked at PepsiCo

    Pros

Pay and Benefits are really good with the exception of 401K. You can move around company into different positions if you are willing to relocate.

    Cons

No work/life balance. Human resource is non existent, they will never help you plus they change every 6 months. Too many people in charge delegating different priorities. Favoritism is looked at more then performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay attention to management reviews. Employees fill them out for a reason. Too many good people let go from the company while lazy people remain and continue to be overlooked.
