I worked at PepsiCo part-time for less than a year

    Pros

The only good reason to work for Frito Lay is the pay.

    Cons

Frito Lay's management shows a lack of confidence in women's physical capabilities versus men, in regards to warehouse work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't hire women for warehouse positions if you're not going to give them a fair chance.
