Pros

Great for building work experience. Management has no problems commending employees for their hard work and valiant

Cons

management is not cohesive. As a whole, the department is not organized. Some of the policies within the department are not consistent with those from the handbook. A lot of micromanagement. Employees are treated as children rather than adults who can manage their own workstations. Not a great work/life balance

    Pros

Opportunity for growth, if you are looking for a career vs a job. Since Pepsico now owns Quaker Oats, they focus more on diversity which is great. They have change their evaluation process so all salary personal is rated 50% people and 50% results, which make all levels of management do a better job on their people skills. Pepsico are incorporating their culture to all of their brands which is good, because Pepsico celebrates the most value asset they have which are people.

    Cons

you have to relocate a lot of times to go to your next level in your career.

    Advice to Management

    management should rotate in departments.

    Pros

Ok pay. A lot of field time.

    Cons

Very hard to move up or transfer unless you are a campus recruit and hand picked. Terrible Morale from top to bottom at locations.

    Advice to Management

Invest in some of your long term employees who have invested so much into this company.
