Pros

The support for diversity and inclusion is good, and non-managerial coworkers are excellent to work with.

Cons

The pay is below industry average. Managers are extremely overbearing, difficult, and hyper-emotional. The company has clearly developed a crisis-management culture, and for this reason they do not promote even, calm, and responsible people, but promote the loudest, most demanding, and most dramatic people. Managers avoid change and technology. The workforce is also much older and there continues to be downsizing, making promotional potential much smaller long-term. There is no work life balance, and a culture of play on Youtube so it looks like you are working more hours permeates everything.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Calm down, promote better people managers, and focus on upgrading technical experience.

    Pros

not much for most right now...

    Cons

Rates will go down, layoffs and re-badging will occur in May. Then transitions will occur and inevitable loss of expertise and pay cuts, hours and benefits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You will always get what you pay for look at HCL and ADS customers over the long term? See what has been done to HP/EDS customers locally... Profits and cost are driving this.
