I worked at PepsiCo full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

good working hours and benefits.

Cons

Management in the Miami location from the HR going down practice nepotism at a whole other level! Pepsi is a good company to work for EXCEPT that location.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Everyone in Management, from HR going down needs to be fired. They've been doing their nonsense for so long that they fear no repercussion due to the fact that upper management in New York don't care what goes on as long as the numbers are correct and it doesn't affect the bottom line.

Company is going through a lot of changes and employees felt it the most, employees became just a number.

    I worked at PepsiCo

    Pros

Benefits package was really good. They feed you often and the company values were good just didn't always maintain throughout company

    Cons

Long hours, always wanting more from employees and always seeking miracles even in stressful situations. Worked on most holidays and upper management had no respect for employees.

I worked at PepsiCo full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

There is plenty of opportunity for overtime, the pay is okay, and a global company is good to have on your resume.

    Cons

No work-life balance, employees are treated like work-horses, if you are 1 minute late you get written up. Turnover is extremely high and you are unlikely to have the same manager for over a year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your turnover rate would be lower if you didn't treat your employees like dirt.
