I worked at PepsiCo full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Company values are good. They are very concerned about putting out a good product.

Cons

No respect or care for their employees any more.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit forgetting about the front line who got you where you are today. Enough of promoting people just because the fit a catageory. Try promoting people who actually know what they are doing!

I worked at PepsiCo full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Love working with so many different people. The culture is very diverse and they celebrate many different things. It can be a laid back place to work as long as you meet your metrics.

    Cons

Pay is not that well and you have to be part of the "chosen ones" in order to move up in the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lighten up and your employees are more than just metrics.

I worked at PepsiCo full-time for more than a year

    Pros

good coworkers, some management are good

    Cons

the application process says 15/hr in reality its 523 a wk for full service and 599 for day bay. you work most days 14 to 16 hours and once you clock out often there's still work that has to be done. most employees work somewhere between 60 and 65 hours a week. The overtime compensation is variable rate depending on the amount of product sold.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

go back to a hourly system and treat your drivers well. you'll retain them better that way.
