Current Employee – been working at PepsiCo
Pros – Company is Good to all Employee's. Pay is really good compared to competitors and is a stress free enviorment for all employee's.
Cons – Communication for task are not relayed to all memebers of staff. Schedules are not given in a fair time to make plans outside of work.
Advice to Senior Management – Overall management is doing a good job.
