I have been working at PepsiCo

    Pros

For those of us that still have a pension, that would be the number one reason, health benefits number two, but who can afford to use it , even though you've got it. Paid vacations number three reason.

    Cons

Hard work does not pay here, just gets you more hard work. This company is top heavy. Only time will tell how this will effect it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat the workers that produce. Ie.( Anyone that actually does something physically that makes money for this company, drivers, loaders, makers) better in pay. Less for the people who don't produce. Ie ( anyone who is just a paper shuffler, not really producing a thing) got a lot of those here at pepsi. We sell soda, a physical product. Banks, insurance companies ect..push paper.

I have been working at PepsiCo

    Pros

a lot of hours if that is your thing, but the family life is horrible and can't take time off unless it is scheduled .

    Cons

not any family time at all. If you have a family it is really hard to have when doing this kind of job

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

help out with growth within the company, and hire people that are from the state that they manage not other parts of other states to relocate.
